Q. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD on all orders across Pakistan.

Absolutely. We use encrypted and trusted payment gateways for all prepaid orders.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days after order confirmation.
Q. Do you charge for shipping?
  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
  • COD orders may include a nominal shipping fee (visible at checkout).

Q. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

Q. What is your return/exchange policy?
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the bag is unused and in original packaging.
Q. Can I return a bag I bought on sale?
No. Items bought during sales or promotions are non-returnable unless defective.

No, we use high-quality artificial leather and durable canvas to make our bags lightweight and vegan-friendly.
Q. Are canvas bags washable?
Yes! Our canvas totes are washable and easy to maintain.
Q. Do your bags fit laptops?

Yes! Many of our totes, especially from the Everyday Collection, are designed to carry up to 13”–15” laptops comfortably.
