If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process.


1. 📋 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging
  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect

2. 📩 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Email us at zoraya.pk@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return or exchange
  • Our support team will guide you through the process
  • Once we receive the item, we’ll process:
    • An exchange
    • Or a store credit, based on your preference

3. 🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance

4. 🔄 Additional Notes

  • We currently do not offer refunds — only exchanges or store credit are available
  • Zoraya reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the policy terms
